FlashAmp at work
New Masters of Flash, Volume 3
Volume 3 of the New Masters of Flash book includes
work by some famous Flash designers and artists. Danny Franzreb has written
a chapter which includes an example that uses FlashAmp Pro to create waveform
animations as part of an interactive Flash work.
The work uses 8 sound loops playing simultaneously. You
can control the volume and pan of each loop by dragging the end of each
waveform. Vertical movement controls the volume and horizontal movement
controls the pan of the sound. Click the image below to view this great
example. Note that this example is 1.5MB and is not set up to stream.
It's also fairly processor-intensive.

The book includes full source code for the example and Danny
explains the code and exactly how he created this work in his chapter.
Danny's chapter also includes another Flash interactive sound/animation.
