Most orders are processed automatically so you will receive your serial number as soon as your transaction is confirmed - for credit card transactions that's usually within 30 seconds of committing your order.

Orders for Amplitude Xtra to AmplitudePro Xtra upgrades and some Academic orders are processed manually.

Before placing an order for FlashAmp please be sure to read and accept the terms in the FlashAmp License Agreement. When you purchase a License you will receive an email containing a User Name/Serial Number combination that will register FlashAmp. You will need to download the appropriate version of FlashAmp to suit your platform - the email will only contain the User Name/Serial Number combination, not a copy of the FlashAmp application.

Please note that a Single-User License allows you to use FlashAmp on only one (1) machine at any given time. The same User Name/Serial Number combination will work on both Mac OS X and Windows.

Upgrades

For FlashAmp 2 users –

Registered users of FlashAmp version 2 Lite, Standard and Pro can upgrade to any version 3 edition. See the FlashAmp 2 Upgrade page for details – you will need your FlashAmp 2 user name and serial number to access the upgrade page.

For FlashAmp 3 users –

Registered users of FlashAmp 3 can upgrade to a more expensive edition (Lite to Standard or Pro, etc) for the difference in cost between the two editions. For example, if you want to upgrade a Single-User license of FlashAmp Lite 3 (full price is $US45) to FlashAmp Pro 3 (full price is $US120) then the upgrade cost will be $US75.

If you wish to upgrade then please email our sales address with your user name and serial number, and tell us which edition of FlashAmp 3 you would like to upgrade to. Once we have verified your details (within 24 hours – generally less) we'll send you the URL for the secure upgrade form. If you are purchasing your upgrade by credit card then you will receive your new serial number immediately on completion of your purchase.
