All registered users of our products can receive technical support via email to our support address which generally operates 7 days a week. We always endeavor to respond to all support requests quickly, however delays due to international time differences can occur.

When requesting technical support for a functional or performance related issue then please include technical information for your computer and operating system.

While we are happy to offer help and advice in relation to the use and implementation of our products, please bear in mind that we cannot offer technical support for general Flash/ActionScript or Director/Lingo issues that are not directly related to our products.
